Chantelle is a strong business, and relationship development professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused on English Language and Literature/Letters from Concordia University College of Alberta.
Renate Burwash is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Gateway Association. With over 20 years of workplace and community inclusion experience, Renate's passion is to promote inclusion and to show businesses the endless benefits of creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. Renate's practice is informed by years of collaborating with community disability advocates, employers, and government in leadership roles, to look for and develop innovative approaches to inclusion continually. Renate has presented on Disability Inclusion topics at conferences across Canada and in the United States and offers training and workshops through Gateway disability inclusion consulting.
