Abilities at Work Advisory Team

Abilities at Work Advisory Team is a group of Canadian employers and supported employment service providers who are active in the development of inclusive and diverse workplaces.

The Abilities at Work Advisory Team includes representatives from national employers such as:

  • EY
  • IBM
  • The Brick
  • Sun Life
  • Canada Post
  • Accessible Media Inc.
  • Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited

Apply to Join Us

We welcome applications for membership from among employers who operate in a minimum of two regions in Canada (e.g., British Columbia and Yukon, or Nova Scotia and New Brunswick). If you are approved to join, you will:

  • Provide feedback, guidance and advice to the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) and its network of supported employment service providers on the MentorAbility Canada initiative, the annual supported employment conference, employer focused webinars and activities, employer-focused resources and other supported employment topics.
  • learn accessibility best practices to enhance your company’s talent recruitment and retention efforts; and
  • learn about the resources and programs that are available through supported employment service providers.
